Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

• When you value an inventory: the Steam link or ID you enter, your Steam ID, your public profile name and avatar, your public inventory, and a one-way hashed IP identifier that can't be reversed (used to prevent abuse).
• When you use our listing service: your name, contact details, DuitNow details for refunds, payment details and receipt images, and the time you agreed to our terms.

How we use it

• To work out and show you what your inventory is worth.
• To handle listing orders, check payments, send refunds, and keep a record in case of a dispute.
• To count how the site is used (for example, how many valuations), never to send you ads.

Sharing

We never sell your data. It's stored with the cloud services we use (Supabase and Cloudflare). We only share it with authorities when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for at least 7 years after an order is completed, for tax and accounting. If you only valued your inventory and didn't place an order, you can ask us to delete that data at any time.

Your rights

You can contact us to see or correct your data, or ask us to delete valuation data that isn't linked to an order.
