1. What we offer

We value Steam inventories, and we can help you list the items you choose on the Steam Community Market in bulk. Valuations are free. Listing for you is a paid service.

This service is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam in any way.

2. Your account and security

We will never ask for your Steam password or Steam Guard codes. When you use our listing service, you sign in on Steam's own page and we only receive your Steam ID.

You confirm every listing yourself in the Steam Mobile Authenticator. Steam has its own rules about automated activity, and you accept any risk to your account from using this service.

3. Prices

We list at the Steam Market price at the time of listing. If prices change afterwards, cheaper listings appear, or nobody buys, we aren't responsible and can't guarantee a sale.

Sale proceeds go straight to your Steam Wallet, after Steam takes its own fees. Steam Wallet funds can't be withdrawn as cash.

4. Service fee

The fee is based on what you'd receive after Steam's fees for the items you choose to sell: 15%, with a minimum of RM40.79 (USD10). The minimum applies even when your items are worth less. The amount is fixed when you place your order, so later changes to our pricing won't affect it.

You pay the fee by DuitNow transfer. We start listing once we've confirmed your payment has arrived.

5. Refunds

• Cancelled after payment but before listing starts: full refund. If you skipped the price-check queue by choosing to sell, USD5 (converted to RM at the rate on your order date) is kept and the rest is refunded.
• Items still unsold 14 days after listing: we refund the fee in proportion to the value of those items.
• To get a refund for unsold items, after the listing period ends please either sync once with our extension or keep your Steam inventory public, so we can check which items didn't sell and which ones you cancelled yourself. Items we can't verify aren't refunded.
• Listings you cancel yourself on Steam: no refund.
• Items that sold: no refund. Steam sales can't be reversed.
• Anything you overpaid is refunded in full.

Refunds are sent within 3 days after they fall due, to the DuitNow details you gave when ordering.

6. Price-check queue and VIP lane

Free valuations check prices for up to 5 people at a time. Everyone else waits in a queue with the page open. Closing the page stops checking and gives up your place.

• Paid priority: pay USD5 through Stripe and checking starts right away, and runs faster. Not refundable once checking has started.
• Skip by choosing to sell: free, as long as you then place a consignment order and pay the fee. If you skip this way and don't, skipping costs USD5 next time. If the order is cancelled before listing, USD5 is kept from your refund.

7. Other

If we find a fake receipt, or someone using another person's account or payment details, we may cancel the order and report it where required.

These terms are available in English and Chinese. If the two differ, the English version applies.
